He actually cut me off and said he has everything in stock in every size. I show up only to have the same person walk about the store, whose racks are more sparse, failing to find what I came here for. Then because I'm doing this to try to solve a bike fit issue I've been having, he tries to offer a complete reconfiguration while also telling me I need to sign something for another trek shop modifying my bike for a health condition? Doesn't do any type of real assessment (which I have had mind you) and runs fast and loose with the advice but fails to get me the bike I came to ride. Run away from this shop. Go anywhere else.
