  Really appreciate Harper, Gwen, and the rest of the team here. They took their time to give a lot of relevant, thoughtful advice based on firsthand experience. Started shopping here, comparison shopped for a month, and came back here to buy. Delighted to have exactly the right bike that's fun and easy to ride, set up for exactly how I use it. Already referred a friend here, and would highly recommend to anyone.

  We worked with Paolo and he was phenomenal. I came in looking for a 44 cm frame and called ahead, and he let me know there was a bike available to test for size but it may be waiting on a part before it could be on the sales floor. He got the bike ready for me and the parts to finish the build had arrived - I loved the bike immediately and he set it up to fit me well, and the service team was able to get that final part installed very promptly. Also, at no point did I feel pressured to purchase, I really just love the bike. 10/10 customer service experience!

  Harper was phenomenal and helped me get the perfect bike. I am a taller man so it was difficult to find that perfect fit; but Harper took his time showed me all my options walked me through the differences and ultimately helped me complete my first bike purchase. I have been riding everyday since then avg 10 miles a ride and I will recommend anyone and all my friends looking for a new ride to Harper at Trek in Columbia.

  Trek Cycle 🚲 is an outstanding cycle shop. They have a large selection of bicycles 🚲 (see picture 📸) to choose from. They have an excellent service 👏 department (see picture 📸) that can service different brands of bicycles 🚲. They serviced my Schwinn World 🌎 Tour 27-speed bicycle 🚲. They give great customer 👍 service. And, they have a clearance center (see picture 📸) where you might find a nice deal on something you need. I bought some nice bicycling 🚲 shoes 👞 from this center. Lastly, they have good 👍 parking. Overall, I'm really pleased with this store and will definitely be taking my bicycle 🚲 back 🤔 to them again when I need something done on it.

  I entered the showroom with some trepidation and was initially overwhelmed, because I had not sat on the bicycle seat in more than 30 years and I really had no idea where to begin. A representative came over immediately and I told him a little bit of what I thought I wanted. He very quickly guided me toward the selection that really seemed to be well suited for what I was looking for. He was very patient in explaining all aspects of the bicycle, which represented a quantum change from what I had last remembered from my old 3 speed bicycle from back around the Johnson administration. It didn’t take very long to size me properly and to do a test ride in the back, because I was very curious about my ability to maintain balance after all these years. The entire process was very simple and I was soon finding myself outfitting my new 18 speed bicycle and very shortly after enjoying my first real ride in years Now , I can’t wait for my first bicycle ride with my grandchildren.
