  Amazing shop and people! Bought an electric bike after discussing options and demoing a few bikes. They dialed in the seat height and explained all components of the bike and charger.. Our family has owned close to a dozen Trek’s through the years and the people, warranty on the bikes and quality is why I keep coming back.. Keep up the great work!!

  Can't say enough good things about this store. Some of the smartest people I've met that work on bikes in the shop, and excellent customer service from Paalo and his team. Not only have they been great to me, I've seen them go out of their way to accommodate others including a family trying to get a test ride in for their kid before store close. 11/10 will be back again.

  I purchased an FXSport carbon hybrid bike last week at Trek Bicycle Columbia. Thye selction was great. My Salesperson was GwenM. She went out of her way to make my experience pleasant and saw that I left with exactly the best bike for my experience and goals. Thank you, Gwen. I love my new bike.   Was looking to by my first high end bike - never had carbon wheels, wireless DI2 or even hydraulic brakes. Using a bonus that I got from work and drove from VA b/c they had the right size to try both a 56 and a 58 Domane Carbon. First bike was a 56 which I found too small and tires were both low so had to come back for a 2nd try. I was trying a 56 b/c the 58 at another store couldn't have the seat stay go low enough but this store told me there is a $250 short seatpost option. I realized that 58 was a better fit and ended up trying it on my 3rd ride. The bike I was looking at cost $4k w/o the seatpost on discount from $5k. Probably the largest bike store I've ever been in size. Much greater selection that Leesburg, my home store. Test riding is a bit of a challenge by busy streets and with business park with a slight hill. People were nice and helpful and aside from the low tires tried to setup the bikes correctly afterwards. To be honest I couldn't really say that the bike was life changing. My AL gravel bike with low-end shimano group is pretty dialed in so the shifting and braking were better but not sure $4k better and without long stretches couldn't really try the carbon wheels. Side note, I hate Trek's colors and their designs are fairly generic. Some of the other bikes I'm considering are truly beautiful.

  I got a flat tire and wanted to bring my bike in to get the tire changed, but I don't have a bike rack and I don't live nearby. Trek arranged for a pickup service and fixed the bike on the same day. When the bike was ready, one of the managers was about to leave work for the day. On his way home, he swung by my place and dropped off my bike for free. He even offered to help me carry it up the stairs as if he hadn't already done enough for me. Amazing service!
