- JDJonathan Darr3 days ago5.0Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Not a ding on REI, but find that most brick and mortar stores just don't carry a great selection anymore. That being said, for what they had, I was able to find my size in most of the options I chose.
- WWwcmayborn4 days ago4.0Great service. Knowledgeable staff.
- KMk mSep 26, 20265.0Elizabeth helped me and about 12 other people find shoes today! She's a champ, 10/10 recommend this place
- LBLashawnda BattsSep 11, 20265.0This was my first time visiting the store and it was a really good experience. The customer service is quite excellent. You are instantly greeted as soon as you walk through the door, you're constantly checked on to see if you need any help, you can tell they really attend to their customers.
- AJAshley JohnsonSep 7, 20261.0Customer service was awful. Sat in footwear for 20 mins without anyone asking if we needed any assistance. Hate to think it was the color of my skin Very disappointed, won’t be returning.
