We arrived with a few other groups only to see the door said they didn’t open until noon. The manager came a few minutes later and did open up for everyone which was so nice! He was clearly and rightfully upset that hours were changed without him being notified and he got everyone in as soon as he could. He was the only one working until around 12/12:30 when the other employees arrived. He did a great job in my opinion in a difficult situation. My only gripe is with the cost. For a family of 4 to bowl it’s over $70. Otherwise we had a great experience.

This quickly turned my initial thoughts about returning and throwing social gatherings her. I won’t be returning.

The first lane had constant delays and loading issues, sometimes taking several minutes before we could continue playing. Because of those problems, we were moved to a different lane. Unfortunately, the second lane was also having issues. Pins repeatedly failed to reset correctly and would sometimes fall over immediately. What made this even more frustrating was that the manager appeared to already know the lane was having ongoing problems and told us we would likely need to keep using the reset button. I spoke with the manager about the situation and did not feel my concerns were taken seriously. He was extremely rude and walked out on me when I was explaining to him over and over again about the issues.

We had a reservation at 7p, we arrived at 7p and the front desk clerk told us to go to lane 4 they were about to clean it for us. 20min later the area is still dirty and people are occupying the lane. After flagging down 2 separate attendants one finally came over and asked the people at our lane to leave but didn’t bother to clean it. I got a broom and dust pan and cleaned the area myself. We made the mistake of ordering drinks which took 30min for them to bring the wrong drinks, the food we ordered took forever to come as well and was wrong when they brought it. A waste of money and time, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
