  We visited Five Iron for a reservation from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and arrived around 12:05 PM. We were greeted and seated quickly, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the service went downhill from there. No server ever came to our table, so we had to go to the bar to place our food order ourselves. After ordering, we waited nearly 40 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that our food had not arrived. When it finally came out, it was cold. We were also missing a pizza from our order, and because our reserved time was almost over, we didn’t have much opportunity to enjoy the food we had paid for. To their credit, they removed the food charges from the bill. However, when it was time to pay, the bill included an automatic tip despite the lack of table service. I normally have no problem tipping and am happy to do so for good service, but it felt inappropriate given the experience. Overall, the golf experience itself was fine, but the food service and overall customer experience left a lot to be desired. We felt overlooked for most of our visit, which made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing.

  I give this place a 10/10!!! The staff was amazing and accommodating. Tim the bartender and the GM Jamie (Not her name…I am so sorry I can’t remember your name and I asked you a million times) lol you guys were awesome!!! I love your energy. And we will be returning to see you guys again. With Love 💗 Your Majesty lol

  Our reservation was for 7pm on a Friday. We had a wonderful time. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Food was on par with typical bar food. The only thing that would have made the vibe, was a different selecting of music-it was more easy-going music. We will definitely return!
