  I cannot say enough good things about our experience hosting an event at Five Iron Golf Downtown. I’m the Executive Director of the 3rd Circle Professionals Club, an organization that regularly hosts professional networking events at venues throughout Louisville, so I’ve worked with quite a few event teams and facilities. Our experience with Five Iron was truly top-notch from start to finish. A huge shout-out to Priscilla, their Events Coordinator, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. What makes this even more impressive is that we approached Five Iron on extremely short notice. We had originally planned an outdoor event elsewhere, but about two weeks before our event date, we made the decision to completely pivot to an indoor format. Priscilla and the Five Iron team could not have made that transition any easier for us. Communication before the event was excellent, pricing was extremely reasonable, setup was easy, and they were flexible and accommodating throughout the entire process. Even their follow-up after the event has been fantastic. At every stage, I felt like they genuinely wanted our event to be successful. The experience on event day was equally impressive. Cody, one of the managers, was terrific to work with, and Mike, who took care of our group as bartender, did a phenomenal job. Really, everyone on the staff we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility was clean and looked great, the food was excellent, and the simulators created a fun, relaxed environment that worked incredibly well for a professional networking event. As far as I’m aware, our attendees had a fantastic time—and we received a tremendous amount of positive feedback. Five Iron went above and beyond for our group, and I’m genuinely grateful for how well they took care of us. I would absolutely recommend Five Iron Golf Downtown to anyone looking for a unique venue for a corporate event, networking event, social gathering, or private party. We will absolutely keep them in mind for future events. Five stars, without hesitation.

  We had a great time. I was surprised how playing the golf simulator felt so real. The other games were fun. Nice bar and all around good time.

  Downtown location… Customer service 10/10. Stacy and Chef D made us feel special for our wedding anniversary!! Cool place to hang for happy hour ($5 boneless wing). Elevated bathroom experience (mouthwash, lotion, ext) too!!!

  Overall I had a bad experience, not sure if it’s with the staff or location really. We booked an hour for 2 people and we didn’t even get to play a whole 9 holes. Barely made it to hole 4 because the calibration from ball to screen was super messed up. No one really waits on you or tells you how things are supposed to go. Have to order your food and drinks at the bar taking the time out of your game to wait for drinks. The clubs they provide are not the clubs needed. We only had access to drivers, 3 wood, 7 iron and 5 iron & a pitching wedge. I wouldn’t spend my money here if you’re looking to play anything similar to golf.
