  While staying at Hollywood Casino & Hotel for work, I spent some time exploring the property and was actually searching for the gift shop I thought they had. I ended up stopping by the café for a drink, and the barista kindly let me know that the gift shop had closed years ago. I appreciated her friendliness and willingness to help. The café serves Starbucks products, and I ordered a refresher along with a turnover pastry. They were out of coconut milk for the refresher, which was a little disappointing, but the drink was still enjoyable. Since it was quiet and there weren’t many people around, I stayed for a bit and enjoyed my drink and pastry at the counter that faced a window. It ended up being a relaxing little break during a work trip.

  4/23/26 MIKKI has got to be the worst attendant in the building!!! Gave it a few trys with her! Not sure if she brings her personal issues to work or she just plainly hates her job to the fullest!!! After sitting around other patrons talking about the same thing we decided to write a review. BTW your food doesnt add up to the price at all. You can stay at a hotel in the area and they have more variety FREE. Food was cooked very early and cold at 9:15. Have a microwave at least! We see this place slowly declining overall.

  You have a new lady named Victoria that is working. She is excellent and improves your customer experience tenfold. We have been coming here for years and never left a review because today is one of the first times it felt welcoming. That was a much needed improvement. Good job and keep Victoria up front and working with customers. And the deserts are excellent. Thank You Victoria for being friendly and having great customer service.

  The barista Victoria is the best! Everytime she’s there it’s an amazing experience. She really brings a good attitude and good atmosphere to the customers.
