  Having just moved to a golf cart community and getting into the shopping and familiar with golf carts, I could not believe how many scammers were out there. Then I came across Captain Spiffy - they were extremely easy to work with, and they even got it delivered earlier than expected. Can’t recommend these guys enough. I will be an advocate for them as long as I have a golf cart! Great job to the Team that helped me out.

  This was our first golf cart purchase. Salesman Jacob was exceptionally professional he txt responded with my wife and I rapidly with every question we had. Pick was a breeze signed what we needed and had the cart ready for me to load it. Highly recommend

  Tyson, ms barb and everyone at captain spiffy has always been tremendous to work with. As busy as they are, they always respond to an email, call or text. They have helped my business out with a variety of challenges that other dealers simply couldn’t solve. Recently I purchased two more icon i60fx from them. I inquired about two carts on a Saturday and I had them in my driveway the following Thursday with all the proper paperwork for tagging and titling my carts. My business is in Florida and they shipped from Indiana! That’s how great they are to work with. I choose to do business with them even though they are 14 hours away from me! Go see them if you are looking at golf carts, lsv’s, trailers etc. They are the best.

  Tyson is down right the best salesman we have ever encountered. My husband inquired about a golf cart on Memorial Day and despite the store being closed, Tyson got back to him right away. We are out of state but were familiar with the cart we wanted, however Tyson still provided us with videos and pictures. We had to change the tires to be street legal and he sent us 3 different examples of our choices. Within one day we purchased, he got the wheels put on it and shipped it the next day. Took one day to arrive in GA. He took pictures of it on the trailer and said the driver would be in touch, which he was. When it arrived the next morning, it was wrapped very tightly for protection, we certainly appreciated that. Tyson's follow up was amazing, he even face timed us to go over some of the features and connect our cart with bluetooth and apple car play. If you are looking to purchase a golf cart, look no further, and it doesn't matter if you are out of state. From our first communication with Captain Spiffy, it was only 3 days until the golf cart was in our garage. Faster than any of the local dealers. I would give 100 stars if I could! Thank you so much Tyson, we are loving our new cart.

  We bought our golf cart in spring of 2024 for $8000 at 0% interest. We thought it was a decent price for a brand-new golf cart since we had only previously owned used golf carts. We thought to ourselves that it would be a good investment since we had a lot of issues with batteries staying charged with our used ones. We thought about exchanging our golf cart after a friend of ours bought a golf cart with all the tricks for just slightly more than ours. When we talked to the dealer, he told us our golf cart was only worth $4000 after only using it for one summer. We were befuddled. Half price for a trade in when it was probably driven less than 100 times? First summer of using it went by without an issue, but the next year we started experiencing battery issues. Our battery would start dying very fast. We did like to drive it around for a considerable amount of time but by 20 minutes of using it, it would drop to 50% or lower when the year prior it had not done the same. We called and talked to the dealer about warrantying our batteries. They said they could but basically those batteries are obsolete and were not going to fix our issue. When we asked why, they said that the way the charger was made that it was draining the life out of the batteries slowly but surely. They suggested getting the lithium batteries and assured us that those would not be affected by the charger. Just a mere $2000 more! So now we have an $8000 payment on a golf cart worth $4000 after one summer of driving it, but we have to pay $2000 more for it to work to its full potential. We contemplated whether we should trade our golf cart in for something else somewhere else or get the batteries. We called a reputable dealer nearby and they said they don't buy Chinese junk golf carts... We were told it was American made when we bought it. The other dealer said the brand we had most definitely was not. We contemplated biting the bullet and buying the lithium batteries, but we were in the off-season, and Christmas was in a few months. When I called to ask if we could get the same rate on the batteries (they said they were helping us out since our batteries were on warranty, they were going to cut out their installation costs) if we chose to wait until the following spring. The owner said, "I can't guarantee that because there's no good way to note that in the system." So, to recap a golf cart only worth $4k, now costing us an extra $2k so that it will work and the dealer isn't willing to hold up the same shitty deal 3-6 months from that time because "it's too hard". We really bragged on Captain Spiffy our first year of owning our golf cart, but after the shitty service we have dealt with, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
