  They had posted a cart as they received it, I instantly requested it, they had it inspected, cleaned, and new batteries within 3 days and ready for me to pick up

  It was a 2 hour drive but it was well worth the trip. I dealt with Tyson everything was exactly as he said. He went above and beyond making sure everything was right. Him and John helped me load up the golf carts I had bought. When you have over 600 reviews and a perfect 5 star rating that tells you they really care about the customer. Great people .I will be back.

  This company is very professional and customer focused. Preston was in Geneva, OH to fix my friend’s cart that was under warranty. I started talking to Preston about the new Icon E40FX. I was really intrigued about this cart. Preston called Captain Spiffy’s homebase in Indiana to get me a trade in value for my 2023 i40L. After getting my trade in value, I decided to move forward with the purchase. I started working with Tyson. Tyson was outstanding to work with and is an exceptionally good communicator. He responds quickly to texts. The transaction was seamless. They delivered the cart from Indiana to Northeastern Ohio. The delivery driver was easy to work with. They are true to their Mission Statement: “Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our customers and employees. From providing an environment to learn and grow for our employees to providing a fun product and enjoyable experience for our customers, we are absolutely committed to excellence. Captain Spiffy does what it takes to take the consumer experience to the NEXT LEVEL.” We definitely experienced it!
