  I’ve been going to Rumble for a couple of months and I absolutely love it! I had basically zero prior boxing experience, but you truly don’t need any to have a good time and a great workout. The trainers are all friendly and energizing. They do have an intro class that would be helpful to take to get familiar with the moves, because once class starts, it’s go go go! Obviously you are able to modify exercises if you need to, or take a short breather. But you find you want to push yourself once you’re there because everyone is giving it their all and having fun doing it. I highly recommend Rumble Boxing for a fun workout!

  Starting and ending my work week with this Rumble has been the best decision! The coaches, Dom and Kaylee, are incredible. Their energy keeps you pumped throughout the entire session and ensures you never quit. Highly recommend!

  I’ve always struggled with finding a workout that I enjoy - Rumble changed that for me from the very first class! The music is great, the coaches are awesome, and the environment is so encouraging and friendly. Can’t wait for many more classes with the Rumble team!
