- JDJimmy Dyer1 day ago5.0I haven't been in an REI since my daughter was 4 months old and that was in Denver, Colorado. I was pleased to find that the customer service was still good and that there was a nice selection on products. I was looking for a new pair of cross trainers and they had a decent selection of running/hiking/outdoor shoes. I found a great deal on a pair of BROOKS, my first pair and I'm looking them a lot. I plan on shopping at REI in the future.
- OMOnyaé MAug 4, 20263.0First time here , came in looking for some hiking shoes. No one greeted me .. which is fine but something to note. The gentleman working in shoes was very reluctant to speak to me or see if I needed help. A young lady finally asked me if I needed help , brought out the shoes I wanted and that was pretty much it. I am a person of color so maybe they were not used to seeing ppl who look like me in the store. With that being said I probably won’t come back here bc I felt like the associates didn’t really want to help me. They actually had the shoes in my size that I wanted but I wasn’t willing to spend my money here after my experience. Store was very clean and organized though which I appreciated.

- AMAmanda MarieJul 21, 20265.05 stars across the board! Two gentleman helped us in sleeping bags, one was named Bob and I didn't catch the other young man's name but he liked bike backpacking. Bob also helped us setup a tent to test it out! We came back in to swap out a bear bin and sleeping bag and Anders was a rockstar, he went above and beyond for us to helping to find the last sleeping bag in the back room even after closing. Honourable mention to Chris at the register for good assistance with the team.
