  Trek as a brand supports an administration that has worked to destroy bike infrastructure and no reason to support trek as a bike company. Definitely made a mistake in my purchase.

  Had one of the best customer experiences in the past 20 years. Matt and Lisa were spectacular! Total professionals. Warm and friendly EXPERTS! They know their stuff. They guided me through the selection process, provided some great options, and set me up with all related gear in a single visit. Can’t wait to purchase another bike and recommend the store to all my friends. Zoe was most adorable! — On the glass as you walk-in, there is short message that states ‘We take care of you.’ I believe that sign is misleading. It should say ‘we take really, really, really, really great care of you!’ Thanks for taking such great care of me. I sense that everyone that walks through the front door gets their ‘VIP’ service. Bravo!
