  How can a bicycle shop be out of tires that Trek pushes? This place needs serious help as does Trek. Will never do business with them again.

  This Trek bike shop botched a bike repair for my friend a year ago, and I thought well mistakes happen. Then they botched a repair on my bike as well last year. They made it right last year, so although skeptical now...I went in for a repair last month. The repair was $85. First time I got back on the bike, the "repaired" tire went flat. Another local bike shop showed me their failure. The result was an additional $90 repair that I let the other bike shop do because of my location of the breakdown. I had to spend $90 for a repair that could've been prevented by Trek had they done their job. The manager gave me a $30 refund (insert eyeroll). It's better than nothing, I guess. But you've lost a life-long customer over $60. I will never return, nor will my friend, or any members of my family. I'm not sure what's happened to this place...but 3 strikes and you're out. You had your chance to make it right, and you failed!! There are other bike shops in this town, and I've found my new shop.

  I worked with four different people at Trek Bicycle, all of whom helped me in the process of buying a new bike. All were great; Roy is the one name I remember, and he was exceptional. He pointed out that the bike trail runs right behind the shop, which was a great place to try out the two bikes I was considering. He steered me to the perfect bike for my needs and even offered to swap the water bottle cage and toeclip pedals from my old bike to the new one. Very happy customer!

  Very terrible experience. I think the manager might have been racist. Instantly turned us down just by looking at us. When we asked for help they lied and said they aren’t allowed to help us or take our money. We went to a different shop immediately and they helped us no problem. Either the manager has no idea what he’s talking about or he’s probably racist.

  I would love to buy a bicycle, but the HORRIBLE website frustrated me to such an extent I’m going elsewhere. This website is painful to navigate and when you do finally find a bicycle that interests you, the links go nowhere! I will buy elsewhere.
