  I had the best experience purchasing my first e-bike, and the service has been wonderful. I only wish city drivers were more conscientious of bike riders.

  I’ve had quite a few experiences with Trek Bicycle Fort Wayne over the past few years, both buying cycling gear and having work done on my bikes, and I’ve consistently had a good experience with the team. On my most recent visit, Caitlin greeted me when I came in and helped me look through the lighting options in the store. Roy also checked in with me and asked how my Shimano shoes were working out and whether I was going to need any winter cycling clothing as the season changes. I then spent some time with Aimee discussing wheelsets and what might make sense for my riding. That kind of follow-up is one of the things I appreciate about this Fort Wayne bike shop. The staff actually remembers what you ride and what you've purchased rather than treating every visit like a completely new transaction. I've purchased Shimano XC702 shoes, Shimano XTR pedals, cycling shorts and jerseys, Garmin Edge 840 computers, and numerous road and cyclocross tires from the store. I've also had my wheels trued, had basic bike service performed, and had my handlebars rewrapped. The service department has been helpful when I've needed maintenance or adjustments, and I appreciate being able to get both cycling equipment and bike repair/service in one place. Amy, Roy, and now Caitlin have all contributed to making the experience positive. Whether I'm looking for cycling accessories, Shimano gear, Garmin products, a wheelset, or routine bike service in Fort Wayne, I know I can walk in and talk through what I actually need. For me, the biggest difference is the combination of product knowledge, service, and people who are genuinely interested in cycling. That's what keeps me coming back to Trek Bicycle Fort Wayne

  Very knowledgeable & likeable staff. A lot of variety within a very small selection of bikes. Prices a little salty, but I'd go back and even possibly consider buying an electric bike there, if I didn't already have one.

  Did a great job fixing my bike in a timely manner. They do have bathrooms in the back right of the building and they are clean and dont smell bad. Very clean building and lots of nice bikes to choose from
