  I booked this through booking dot com.And very disappointed, this hotel is for people that strictly come to gamble.I came in town for a funeral.I requested a hotel that had free breakfast as well as a swimming pool.It has no amenities, if you're here just on vacation very disappointed. I'm on the 14 floor it's supposed to be no. Smoking, but I smell smoke and I could tell that they had a service dog in this room. Because it has an odor but it is a beautiful room. It just needs the carpet shampooed. I just wish it had free breakfast. I would definitely come to stay more.

  The room were beautiful but the service were terriby never clean the room one time while we were there and we had to get our own towels everyday . and there care for the disable and elder were the worst i ever seen if they wanted to play the had to walk to the end of the boat and then all they had for them were all old machines as if their money nothing will never go or stay their again and going to tell all my friends and family to go Wind Creek where they treat the elders with respect

  My wife and I had a great time here. Plenty of slots , plenty of free play and fun for us. Enjoyed our stay . Only thing I have to complain about is the resort fee for I don't understand how they can charge that without having anything. A fitness center is the only amenities they have . Only 3 restaurants open during the week which I understand not a lot of people there during the week which was fantastic for us . Louder at the hotel on weekends. Thought that the older crowd could compose themselves better but sadly no. Slamming doors yelling and screaming was not a very good night. But take that away and it truly is a fun place to visit walking to the beach and Pier was fun only 4 min walk to it from the casino. Beach was clean and vacant so that made it like our own private beach. Definitely go back staff and service were top notch for us. Hope you get a chance to experience this casino it has its faults but what place doesn't. Overall worth the trip.

  I live 30 minutes away so I can't comment on the hotel. I only come here to play craps. I can tell you from 20+ years of playing at all the casinos in Northwest IN and neighboring states that the craps dealers are top notch. They keep the game flowing, even the rookies. They are also very welcoming, kind and respectful. I have been at other casinos that have some rude craps dealers. So it makes me value the Ameristar crew even more. This craps dealing staff is highly skilled. Go enjoy the dice at Ameristar Casino! You will not be disappointed.

  Rooms were fine but the smell of smoke on every aspect of the gaming floor is so strong your eyes water. Even the “non smoking” section of like 30 games had people smoking. I understand smoke in a casino but they need to put some sort of filter. My eyes still hurt a day after. My clothes smelled like a literal ash tray there is no type of filtration just smoke. Service was also kinda meh, servers would acknowledge you and then go do something else. Sever said hi 4 times and did other things before they took an order. Hard to game when you are annoyed and your eyes burn.
