  I've been golfing for a lot of years. I'm stubborn, but whatever I'm doing on the golf course, it isn't golfing, it's comedy for those watching. I signed up with Golf Tec after hearing from people who had positive results. I thought no way; I'll keep hitting shots with my shovel and digging holes. So, I went for my first lesson. Scared, timid, sweating yeah, I was a wreck. After Natalie, the instructor saw my first swing, I expected a phone to be thrown at my head. (Yes, this was the manufacturing environment that I grew up in) (It was a landline phone, and still connected, huh?) First meeting was good communication. Natalie was calm and confident. I could tell that she knew her golf and I was not a basket case. My swing was awful and only looked worse on video. I expected heckling, but I got pointers on what to do next. Key point, this is a process and a building block approach. After the first lesson I hit the range and ooohf. It was not good. Lesson two added more knowledge and ooohf again on the range and don't ask what happened on the course. Lesson 3 expanded on what I had learned. Something clicked. At least I understood where we were going with this instruction. I hit the range, and I hit solid irons. Not perfect, but way better than what I had been doing. Light at the end of the tunnel. To sum it up. In a brief period, I've learned that Natalie is a gifted instructor. She has taught and coached some of the best professionals on tour. She has patience and a keen eye for what to correct and how to correct the problem. I expected a phone to the head or some laughter. I got real swing advice that will help me correct many years of bad swings, that was only getting worse over time. I'm excited to go to my next lesson and I know that my swing coach has a background to take this person to a more enjoyable golf experience. isn't that what we all want?

  Natalie has Benn very observant in the neuances of my golf swing and providing specific adjustments to my swing to assist in providing better quality golf shots. She has answered the questions I might have with regard to what to expect from the specific changes in my swing.

  Jaylen has done a great job with my golf lessons. He came up with a good plan to get me where I wanted to go. I’ve played golf for a long time so there was some deep ingrained bad habits in my swing but they are rapidly disappearing and I’m getting more and more comfortable as we go.

  I have been a GOLFTECH member for two years. The staff at the Carmel location are certified PGA professionals, very knowledgeable and have great personalities! My coach Ryan Schrecongost, PGA is one of the best I have had over 30 years playing the game! If you want to be serious on improving your game, USE GOLFTECH!!

  Scheduled an initial swing analysis. I had a phone call the day prior to the swing analysis which I felt was a great offering. Unfortunately, the call wasn’t good. I didn’t feel like the person I was speaking with really understood what I wanted from a coach, and honestly, sounded like he didn’t have much experience. My interaction felt less like a chance to discuss goals and more like I was being setup to buy more lessons. By the end of the call I didn’t feel like this place was a good match for me and canceled my swing analysis while on the phone.
