  Recently purchased a bike and was having difficulty mounting the brake pads, after several failed attempts I decided to google a close by bike repair shop I came across Prairie Path, and as soon as I entered I was greeted by Michael and explained to him about my experience in trying to mount the pads, and without hesitation he informed me that he will have it fixed in no time. I was pleasantly surprised that not only did Michael properly mount the pads, he went the extra mile to adjust the brakes, the tire alignment and repeatedly tested the brakes to make sure it was working. I am now a life long customer and for any purchases and repairs I will be coming back!

  Took my bike in for repairs. Cost was very reasonable. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done promptly. Overall a good experience.

  I recently brought my mountain bike to Prairie Path Cycles for their Tier 2 service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me get the most out of my bike. The service itself was excellent. They took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and made sure my bike was running smoothly and efficiently. You can tell they really care about quality and attention to detail. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust with your bike, but Prairie Path Cycles definitely earned my confidence. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional bike care.
