Michael at the Winfield location was incredibly helpful and my tuneup was completed quickly, at a reasonable price.

Highly recommend! They are always super helpful. I walked in with a flat tire. They fixed in right away. In and out in less than 10min. And they helped me get the bike back in the car.

In 2020 my father in law wanted to get into bike riding bought (2) treks dual sport 2s ! Loved them and in 2 months later bought 2 more treks for our wives ! My wife and I then bought another trek for our oldest son! 6 years later my middle son who just learned to ride bike wanted to go on a ride ! I have touched my bike since last summer. Something felt off but decided to go on the ride with my wife and son. Checked what time prairie path closed today and it 2:30 when I looked saw it 4pm. After our ride we parted ways. I got to prairie path at 3:45. I saw them start starting to bring bikes in and I saw a kid asked if he worked there and if he could help. Anthony another employee overheard and asked what he could help with. Told him the bike chain was rubbing against something. He asked if he could take a look? I said sure but if you have to keep it and do something let me know. No rush no pressure store was closing and he goes above and beyond fixes the bike and tunes it up. Asked if he could take it for a test ride. After the ride tweaks it some more because it felt something was off. Said it was better than how I brought it but he wanted to make sure it was right! An employee going above and beyond and acting as if he owned the business. I was impressed. He then asked the owner to take it on a ride just to make sure he got it right. Just learned the owner and his uncle fully took over the shop about 1.5 years ago. I asked if I owe anything ? They say nothing just a quick tune up. Never asked my name didn’t look up the account. Didn’t see in a matter of months we had spent thousands on bikes. Just saw a customer with a bike and an issue and wanted to make sure they took care of the problem ! Good business and service still does exist! Highly recommend!
