  First time coming and man can I tell you guys my server name is Daniel and he’s such a professional phenomenal server he is a great example of excellent customer service, what each one should thrive and be, 10/10 would recommend. Made my experience way better and the food is also exceptional amazing guys . Once again thank you Daniel. Very amazing steakhouse.

  Issues all across the board especially their table games department. Lacks lots of good leadership and vision. Busy and crowded on weekends hard to get on a table but beyond dead weekdays. Go to Rivers or Potawatomi for $5 tables they have them for longer than a couple hours and much more variety; also dealers actually don’t mind dealing at that price. The management seems to have something lodged up their orifices to where it seems like they don’t even want to be there especially the older generations in charge. 🤮 poor customer service from some of these old heads, good portion of the employees even agree and left that department for the same reasons. If you don’t want people visiting your (tent)sino that gets power outages just say that!

  Took my Mom for Mother's day. The handed our roses to the Moms. That was so nice. The Casino was really nice. We had a good time. Fun slot machines to play. The bar service was a bit confusing, several bar backs and only one bartender, was ignored several times while they passed by, and didn't even bother to tell me, hey, I'm the bar back but you have to go over there to order or anything. At I e point my Mom and I sat at the bar playing machines for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement.

  I took my family to the casino for my father's birthday today and Sandy approached us saying “Happy birthday!” to my father …It really made his/our day! She gave him balloons and gave my family cookies. Sandy Is awesome and the best! She's a keeper, a true gem annd a bright spirit. Anyone would be crazy not to come here and visit Sandy, and have a great day with their family at American Place! GOLD STARS all around for Sandy!!!

  Ok, being very familiar with the gaming world, there are very few places now a days that are memorable EVERYTIME you visit, this place is it!!! Mainly Brian the ring General of the Circa Sportsbook. He and his team are on point ( no punt intended LOL ) with remembering their guests and the things that make it roll smoothly. Everyone has a story and his team is greeted and greets its players like they have not seen them for years, meaning with open arms, smiles, and professionalism. They all exude patience even with difficult guests as I have witnessed this at times at no fault of their own I must add. The Book is super clean, crisp, quick, comfortable, and fun. Odds are fair and clear as day. If you want to get lost in your own way, this is the book for you. Brian, and Team, thank you for not being the standard, but instead, you are the exception to the rule!! The best around no question...
