  I stopped in tonight because my shifter lost a bolt and I'm racing this weekend. The guys over there were really cool and helped get me set back up to ride. I still thought Bob and Lorna were the owners, so it was nice to see that the new employees also had a genuine passion for bikes and the people who ride them. I was greeted before I even walked in by a younger guy Makai who was very nice and helpful. Also met Jay the service manager seemed like a nice guy as well. Then inside Kirk the manager helped me out with some product questions and showed me some gravel bikes. Kirk was very knowledgeable and had a cool vibe as well. If you're in the Villa Park area and need a place to make sure you're taken care of you can go visit the team over here for your cycling needs. Thanks! 🤘🏻🚴🏻

  Our family is a loyal Trek Bike and Trek Travel customer. We wanted to acquire an ebike and were thrilled to find Trek had introduced a bike with turbo to its ebike roster with the FX+1 model. Our experience with Trek has always been great, and this bike purchase in Villa Park, IL was no exception. We were fortunate to work with Olivia to find the right bike. She listened carefully to my needs and was very responsive and thoughtful in her suggestions and answers to questions. The store itself is really nice and has a great selction. And the staff, including Olivia and JaE, are very friendly. I highly recommend buying a bike here! Thank you for the great service.

  Shout out to McKai (sp) for a quick turn assembly around on my son’s new 29” Throne. These guys are a great team. Effective and efficient. Thank you guys for making the world go round, pun intended!

  Went in yesterday to surprise my son and get him a new bike (he thought we were just trying sizes etc), waited exactly 17 minutes and no one said a word to us. You may be thinking “hey, they were busy”. Nope. As we walked in, another patron walked in right before us to an empty store, just this one dude and us. He had two tires to be repaired. He was helped first which was expected. The person who helped him took the wheels behind the service area and presumably began the repair. So this employee must have been a repair worker, okay. There was at least one other repair worked behind that area, doing service work, maybe 2. We walked around, tried to make eye contact with someone. Two more patrons came in while we were there and picked up service items. Still, not a single “be right with you” or “thanks for waiting”. So we left. All you can do is speak with your dollar, and try to share experiences with others so maybe they do the same.

  I had my bike serviced here and it was fast and did excellent job. I highly recommend it
