  I visited the service department three time the past month or so for work on two separate bikes. Good fair prices and knowledgeable technicians in the back room. The notch down in stars is related to the service technician who’s usually at the desk when checking you in—his name’s Jay. In all my interactions with him, he’ll make you feel like you did something stupid to your bike, and is straight up rude with poor customer service. Very bad energy overall from him. If you can avoid Jay, you’ll have a much better experience at the service department/ shop. But since he’s there at the front all the time, I’d recommend going somewhere else where an expert actually seeks to understand the issues at hand. I’m taking my business elsewhere because of this. Really disappointed with this place, but mostly in one staff person.
