  I’m glad that I had the opportunity to play this course. The staff treated us very well and were very helpful. Tee boxes were fine, some fairways were in poor condition, but the greens were very well maintained. I wish folks would repair their divots! Pace of play was good and the course was challenging enough for a mid handicap player. I’m looking forward to playing the course again.

  The course is a challenging layout with some really long par 5’s, including a 600+ yarder. There were a couple of spots on the fairways that need attention, no rakes in the bunkers so expect a lot of footprints unless you get out early. Overall I thought the course was in good shape and fun to play. Nice Joe Louis memorabilia in the pro shop. For the price on a Saturday morning it really is a good deal. I definitely would play again.

  Scamed me out of sleeve of golf balls. Purchased case with one sleve missing, didn’t let me get another when the error was realized. Staff was very unhelpful.

  Did really get a chance to enjoy got rained out. But they need to cut the rough. Lost three balls on first 3 holes. Only was able to play 9 holes
