  We recently visited Bolero and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. To start with a positive, there was no wait time when we arrived. However, things quickly became confusing when we were checking in. The staff member helping us gave unclear information about pricing. We asked for three games per person, but were told something that sounded like 16 games total per person, which didn’t make sense. After going back and forth, we were under the impression we paid for three games each (including shoes), totaling about $80. During our visit, we also had an issue with food options due to allergies. My child has allergies to eggs and peanuts, and we asked if there was anything safe for him to eat. Our server was very kind and tried to help, but ultimately no one could confirm whether any of the food was safe due to possible cross contamination. We asked if we could bring in a small outside food item just for our child (something simple like fries), but were not allowed. While I understand policies, it was disappointing that there were no accommodations or solutions offered for children with allergies. I asked about a possible suggestion to take that into consideration but unfortunately felt like that was not managers priority as i did bot get a follow up while she was looking for the “suggestion form” After finishing our first game (10 rounds), we were told we only paid for one game total not three as we had clearly requested and believed we paid for, which added to the overall frustration and confusion. I truly hope this location starts taking food allergies more seriously and makes changes to include options for guests with dietary restrictions. I also felt like my concern wasn’t taken seriously the manager never followed up with me, and I was told about a suggestion form that was never actually provided. That lack of communication and care was very disappointing.

  Man the proshop guy is amazing !! He is so honest and is very knowledgeable!! The whole proshop crew was amazing !! Hsd some equipment repair at this location

  Good spot but the girls at the bar made me and my husband wait about half an hour for drinks. They were just talking and not doing their job.
