  We had an outstanding experience with PGS, and Rachel was absolutely exceptional throughout the entire process. We brought in a collection of more than 650 coin proof sets and individual coins, including U.S. and foreign coins, as well as gold and silver pieces. It was a significant collection, and Rachel worked diligently to evaluate everything carefully and maximize the value we received. The collection came from my mother's estate, and when Rachel learned that it was my mother's wish for the proceeds to be donated to charity, she went above and beyond. She took extra time to make sure every item was properly identified and fairly priced, and it was clear she genuinely cared about helping us achieve the best possible outcome. Rachel's professionalism, honesty, knowledge, and compassion made what could have been an overwhelming process both easy and rewarding. We never felt rushed, and every question was answered thoroughly. PGS exceeded our expectations, and Rachel's outstanding customer service made all the difference.   What an incredibly smooth and seamless transaction. I was looking to sell my old wedding band to pay some bills. I called around to a few different places and decided to stop by here first. So glad I did. Not only did they give me the best offer out of all the places I called but I was in and out in only a few minutes. I will definitely be doing business here in the future.

  Rachel was very helpful with the sale of some jewelry. Explained the testing and precious metal content very well and paid a very fair price. Also gave me good tips regarding some other items. Highly recommend!

  Attended the PGS buying event in St. Charles. Very positive experience. After my first visit I returned a few days later with additional items to sell. Worked with Samara both times, she was great and explained everything clearly. The two other staff members there were also very friendly and pleasant to talk with. The prices offered were reasonable and to my expectations. I would definitely go again in the future.
