- BMbrian mullins5 days ago5.0I stopped by to get a pair of hiking shoes because my hip had been giving me trouble on hikes. I was absolutely blown away by how knowledgeable Pam was. She measured my feet looked at my arches and spent so much time helping me find the right pair.She looked at the shoes I was wearing and explained how I was putting so much pressure on the edges of my shoes .This is the only place I will be shopping at for hiking/camping gear. Thanks again Pam!

- TJTim JohnsonJun 8, 20265.0Great place got my Hoka Bondi 9 shoes here! Those shoes are so comfortable it took away all my foot pain since I had 2 surgeries on my feet for clubbed feet. Hoka Bondi 9s feel like you are walking on air. It is well worth the investment into them. Everyone at REI was wonderful customer service on the phone. My only complaint is that when I was there I had a woman cashier at the REI store that failed to give me my receipt. She didn't even ask me if I wanted my receipt just balled it up and threw it away. She needs to be re -trained. You always ask the customer if they want their receipt. Now if I have a problem with my shoes I can't return them.... REI management please look into this matter and address it. Thank you.
