  My children purchased these boots for Xmas 2025 for my trip to Europe Asolo Boots have a horrible warranty but refuesed to replace the due to Asolo’s two-year warranty strictly excludes sole separation, delamination, or crumbling if it is caused by normal aging, wear and tear, or a natural process called hydrolysis. The primary issues affecting Asolo soles generally fall into two categories: 1. Crumbling Midsoles (Hydrolysis) — Not Covered If your boots have been sitting in a closet, basement, or garage for a few years and the middle part of the sole is suddenly crumbling like cake or completely falling apart, this is caused by hydrolysis. • Why it happens: Asolo uses high-quality polyurethane (PU) in its cushioned midsoles. Over a period of 6 to 7 years, PU naturally absorbs moisture from the air and chemically breaks down. Paradoxically, storing the boots makes it happen faster than wearing them regular.• The Policy: Asolo considers hydrolysis a natural material aging process. Are you kidding DONT BUY THIS BRAND LOOK AT THE PICKS YOULL AGREE NO EVEN A YEAR OLD

  I had a pathetic experience at this store. The front desk person was extremely rude, aggressive and horrible. He did not want to understand my question about my unused $30 coupon that I’d received when I took the membership last year. He could’ve easily said that it comes with an expiration date (which I still don’t know the answer to) or that I must carry the coupon physically (also something I don’t recall now). Instead, he snapped at me thinking I was asking for $30 off. As a member am I not allowed to ask a question? My bill, by the way was in three digits. He did not care and was very aggressive, he insulted me, raised his voice and tried to shut me down. Then I tried to clarify myself politely and with a smile but he did not let his ego go away. It amazes me how this store is still running. Pathetic customer service. I don’t think I’m ever going there again. Pathetic!!

  This location is not friendly to kids. Like another reviewer said they are quick to scold kids for being excited kids in a camp store. As I was telling my kids that we were going to checkout and leave the man who just scolded my kids muttered “please do” under his breath. If you bring kids here make sure they do not touch anything.
