My son recently started bowling in a youth league here, and unfortunately we've had repeated negative experiences with the food and beverage staff. We've been coming weekly, and almost every visit involves employees who seem unhappy, unprofessional, or outright rude. Other parents have also mentioned the same experience. Our most recent experience on Sunday (to post-bowl)—the first since the Lucky Strike transition—was especially frustrating. Two people ordered ahead of me, and then I stepped up to ask a simple question before placing my order. The first employee couldn't answer it, so another employee came over. I asked whether the Dirty Sodas came in one size or if there was a smaller option. He told me they only came in one size. I was about to order three Dirty Sodas for my kids when he abruptly told me I would have to come back in 15 minutes to place the order. I was so confused. Two customers had just ordered ahead of me, and another mom from our bowling group had ordered a Dirty Soda for her son only a few minutes earlier without any issue. There was no explanation—just a rude attitude. I chose not to return and decided not to spend my money there. We're talking about soda with whipped cream on top—not a complicated order. Another concern is the content being shown on the video screens above the lanes. This was a Sunday afternoon and many families with children were bowling. Some of the music videos being played included nudity and content that was not appropriate for children. I understand that this type of programming may be acceptable late on a Saturday night, but it has no place during family-friendly hours when the bowling center is still filled with kids and families. The bowling experience itself has been great, but the customer service at the food and beverage counter has consistently been disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues because they are taking away from what should be a fun, welcoming, family-friendly environment.

Honestly came here for a few games and the lanes are always having to reset and go so slow it uses up all your time.

I had my daughter's 16th birthday party there and I was completely satisfied with everything. The food was very good. They have us so much chicken tenders, pizza and drinks and also a cake. I would definitely do that again.

Came to this place for Father’s Day, with kids , the bumpers did not work, we ordered food and drinks for 12 peoples and between playing we had to use restroom to wash hands so we can eat because they didn’t have any hands sanitizer for us to use , all of the hands sanitizer dispensers mounted on the walls were empty, so bring your own sanitizer to this place, hopefully management can read this and take a corrective action,
