  It’s a great forest preserve golf course. For a public course the greens a tee box are well maintained and always a good time. Whenever looking for a quick round I always go to Chick. Dean in the pro shop is as good as it gets Nick

  Terrible service got there 6:20pm for 9 holes on a wensday in 95 degree weather guy said we couldnt have a cart past 6:30pm wanted us to walk. We been here multiple times always been told bring the cart back at 8pm never had a problem before guy was just being extremely lazy just to not have to wash the cart multiple people arrived and left because of same reason unacceptable

  First time playing and I loved it. It's very rare to find a course tucked away in a nature filled environment, especially in the Chicago burbs, but chick Evans is that. It's a cool design and it truly feels like you're in the country. Full disclosure, it's not a pristine conditioned course, but I absolutely find it beyond my expectations for the $31 walking fee. Greens rolled nicely enough. Fairway lies were good. Rough is playable. It's only about 5400 yards from the back tees, but to me, that's what makes it an incredibly fun course to play. I will definitely go back. In my opinion, Chick Evans captures a lost ambiance in the game today. To walk in a serene and natural setting is what the soul craves, and this course mingles it nicely into the game of golf!

  Big props for staying open year round. Played a couple rounds for the last couple of years and it’s always in good shape for a good price. Great crew as well

  Great public course. Greens and always amazing. Great place to challenge your game. From simple straight par 3 to hard par 5's. Amazing friendly staff. Highly recommended.
