  Jennifer host 2 is always efficient and friendly. She is an asset to your staff at the sports bar. Let me add that John at the Penn Center is courteous, efficient, and considerate of everyone’s needs. He is also an asset to your staff. Jalen the casino host has never disappointed me you are lucky to have him too. These three people at Hollywood Joliet have made it my casino of choice. And I have a lot of choices these days. Please forward my comments to them.

  Terrible casino! Been here multiple times and I don't see any big winners at all walking around! These machines are takers for sure! Don't waste your time and money! They lowered your comps I have noticed. I am an Elite and reveive very little. The high limits only have Video machines that are takers and no more reel machines. They even took out the wheel of fortune. Grrr. Try Wind Creek in Hazel Crest Illinois mich better at least they give you some money back to play with! Now the Food court is closed on Mondays! So sad for Joliet!

  I travel the US for a living and visit EVERY casino in every state that has casinos. I came to this casino and decided to valet my car for convenience. Pulled up and nobody greeted me and then a random guy in no uniform took my keys and drove off. After playing in the high limits room for three hours it was time to go. I went back to get my car and the valet attendant stayed on his phone the entire time, once he had enough time to talk to me he made me walk inside where I met another person who was also mid conversation on her phone to ask me “what do you want” then scan my ticket and tell me to go back outside to get my car. Nobody knew what was going on and out of EVERY casino I go to in the US this made my experience terrible. The large sum of money I lost was entertainment but the service was zero. Every where else I go I get treated like a king and here treated like garbage zero out of ten just bc of the valet. Plenty of other places to have a good night in IL

  I was at the casino today & my Penn cash didn't work& I went & got a new card& it still doesn't work & I've $65.00 in pen cash& I wanted to use it I went by the service desk& the lady send I'll get a email & phone call& it has been 7 hours no phone call& no email I'm not happy with my Penn cash card I couldn't use it today& I spend a lot of money in the casino

  I am a pretty established casino, goer, and I have never had so much bad luck in one evening. My wife and I put $400 through their machines and we didn’t get any features. The most we won on the line hit was loose change. Really really odd. I don’t expect to hit the jackpot, but I did expect a feature that paid 20 to 50 bucks at least one time. Saturday night they had live music and it was so loud you couldn’t even concentrate. It was pretty much an instant headache.
