Although the casino and staff are awesome, tying to talk to someone on the phone is almost impossible. I tried to talk to someone about an event and all I got was voicemail. This is after someone tried to forward my call twice.

Always an enjoyable experience I dont gamble but my girlfriend does. The only thing I would suggest is the make the smoking area not look like a jail holding cell haha

My first thought when I came in tp see Deon Cole yesterday was beautiful casino with lots to do in the actual casino. The sections in the room where Deon performed was a little confusing but security eventually helped us find our seats. The worse part of the casino was the customer service received at Antique Taco where it was a female cashier with pink hair who had the worst customer service that I've seen in a long time. She acted like she had better things to do with her time but take my order and it was definitely a big turnoff so I ended going to Lucky Goat where the cashier was a guy with glasses who had much better customer service. Not sure who is in charge of hiring staff but the staff should be trained to be friendly and make sure that they are not touching gross things like their hair or face before serving food unless they wash their hands first.

The event space was nice but the seating was confusing since there were no signs to show section 1 and section 2. The food hall had good options. However the way it was ran was not efficient. We first stopped at Antique Taco a lady with pink hair did not acknowledge us. We asked if they were open she said a reluctant yes. Then told us since we were still looking she would be back to take our order. It was rude so we left and went to another place for food. We went to the bar to order drinks we had to wait there too but the staff acknowledged us and said they would be with us. Then we noticed all the staff from the bar and restaurants were running between the bar and restaurants to deliver food. It seemed very inefficient and the staff seem overwhelmed. The casino was nice and clean. The free beverage center was a nice touch. Overall good experience the dining hall could have been a better experience.
