  Came here to play because my current golf course is closed. Needless to say I’m disappointed. The fairways were dead, not cut, and you couldn’t even tell where the fairway began, and the rough started. Staff was highly unprofessional and rude just because I am a teenager… Not sure if they act this way to adults, but overall no matter my age there is no reason to be rude. I was 2 minutes late because I didn’t know where to go (there was little to no guidance direction wise) and they made a big deal about it and told me that I needed to hurry. (I would understand it if there was a group waiting to go, but there was not.) I will say, this course could be great if it was properly groomed and restored. Because it’s in a forest preserve, there are lots of trees and it’s really beautiful but the staff and the state of the course was unfortunate. For being one of the most expensive public courses in my area, it wasn’t worth it. Save your money and go somewhere like Green Meadows or Flag Creek.

  The green areas are very nice and spacious. My only concern was that the pace on the course was quite slow.

  Long 9 hole Forest Preserve golf course. Flat, no sand traps, little water. Not an interesting course to play.
