- FMFred MorrowMar 24, 20265.0I love this place I have learned a lot here and the people are nice. Not too intense but still teaches discipline and some good skills to have. I recommend trying the 2 day trial and trying this class for at least a year it’s really fun

Owner puts more money and attention into the kids classes and competition cause they make him money. “Mma fighters“ from this gym lose all their fights most recent loss was october 11th lol. Need to rebrand to a bjj gym because they don’t compete in kb or mt. Membership is $350 to start then it’s $200 a month for all classes but they only keep two sterling classes a week. Far better mma gyms in the city than this gym.

I've learned a lot of good basic moves in just two months. Mike the head instructor and others are great trainers and very patient with new people.
