- SLSam Liao2 days ago1.0I wish they can be more transparent about the price of service instead of asking whether you want to adjust this and that without telling you how much, then charge you labor fee here and there. For example, my brake was pointed out to be a bit loose, but it is not affecting me that much, but since he offer I said yes, it turns out to be $40. It felt like a scam and I know this is not one bike shop problem, it happens to lots of bike shop I have visited, which makes me feel disappointed about the sport.

They're very professional and helpful, but what impressed me the most, was that they made sure the work was done in time for me to ride with my nephew who was visiting from out of town. That kind of service and consideration is why I'll keep coming back here!
