If you are serious about seeing what your ball flight is, there really isn't another good option nearby. The mats are new, the balls are multi-piece and high quality, so the distance is very close to real balls. You also get more balls for your dollar here. I live very close to the "new" range in Park Ridge and have been to the triple decker as well. Those balls are unreliable and low quality for ball flight so it's hard to know that what you are doing with your swing is working. Prices are up everywhere, and Semrow is still the best deal in the area.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 25 years and bought nearly a dozen range cards over the past few years, so learning about the year-end expiration policy is a huge letdown. Between work and life, expecting people to burn through 19 buckets in less than three months is completely unreasonable. Forfeiting paid-for value because of an arbitrary deadline is like paying for 18 holes and getting cut off at the turn. I'll use up my remaining balance, make sure the friends I gifted cards to do the same, and take a quarter-century of business elsewhere.

I am writing to report a serious incident that occurred at this driving range. While I was practicing, I was struck by a golf ball. It was a frightening and painful experience, and the individuals responsible simply left without checking on me or taking any responsibility. What was even more concerning was the lack of basic safety response. There were no first aid supplies available, not even an ice pack. I had to use a cold water bottle from the counter to manage the situation. Because of the impact, I had to go to the emergency room and undergo a CT scan. I also left a voicemail for the manager regarding this incident, but I have not received any response. This lack of care and communication is extremely disappointing. I hope this place takes safety more seriously moving forward.
