  This is my favorite bike store. Ted was the most helpful sales associate I’ve ever met. He’s knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. He was also so kind to offer and help me carry a very heavy bike trainer to my car. Thank you so much Ted! I would definitely come back if I need anything bike related.

  Had my inner tube replaced by them. Rode maybe once. A few days later I went to ride and my tire was flat again. Took it back and got it replaced and they charged me full price again... Just not cool. I only went back there because I assumed they would be understanding and cover the price. Otherwise I just would've done it myself.

  I’ve gotten my bike serviced by this store multiple times now over the past ~2-3 years. Every time I’ve visited, they’ve been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been very welcoming and friendly.

  I recently purchased a Trek Domane SL from this store, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish. I’ll be honest: I’m not a technical expert when it comes to road bike components, so I really appreciated the time the team took to guide me. Ted, the manager, was fantastic in the initial stages. He helped get the ball rolling and made sure I was pointed in the right direction, which set a great tone for the entire visit. From there, I worked with Charlie, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Charlie took the time to break everything down for me without ever making me feel rushed. He was clearly more interested in making sure I found the right bike than just making a sale. He asked great questions to understand where and how I planned to ride and encouraged multiple test rides. What really impressed me was the fitting. Charlie dialed in the frame size, saddle height, fore/aft position, and even the stem length. He did a great job of educating me on the features and demonstrating how those 'bridge' to actual benefits on the road. Ted and Charlie turned this into a personalized experience that made me feel confident in my investment. This level of service is exactly why I’ll be coming here from now on and skipping the other shops in town.
