Horrible etiquette. We came to play as a group and spent a good amount of money. The time was up and they immediately came to kick u out the lane we were in because someone else was going to start in the same lane when there was plenty of empty lanes. They could of easily sent them to a different lane to give us time to pick up our stuff so we could move but they didn't. The employees said they were willing to help us move the remaining drinks and food but they never came back. I do not recomend. I will not be coming back.

Lucky Strike is a fun place overall. The bowling and arcade games were great, and my friends and I had a good time spending the evening here. Unfortunately, the service significantly impacted our experience.
Around 10:30 PM, I walked up to the bar to order a drink. The bartender (I believe his name was Alex, who was working around 10 PM and had long hair) repeatedly signaled for me to wait. I stood there for over five minutes before he finally approached me only to say, “We’re closed, we closed at 10:30,” and then immediately walked away without giving me an opportunity to respond.
What was frustrating wasn’t that the bar was closed — I completely understand and respect closing times. The issue was the lack of communication and professionalism. If the bar was closed, that could have been communicated the moment I walked up instead of having me wait unnecessarily. He had multiple opportunities to simply say, “Sorry, the bar is closed.”
As someone who has worked in the service industry for over five years and has also been a manager for several years, I know that clear communication and basic courtesy go a long way. Unfortunately, this interaction came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
I’d still recommend Lucky Strike for the games and atmosphere, but the customer service experience definitely needs improvement.

Bowling has become expensive but I get it.
What is upsetting is the fact that they don't believe in air conditioning. The place was hot and muggy and it wasn't overly packed so I hate to see what happens when it is "popping.". Hard to enjoy yourself when you have to drink so much water from being overheated.
The food and drinks are good for a bowling alley BUT automatic 18% gratuity (party of 2) when you have to wave down service is disheartening.
