  We drove 45 minutes to the course just to get there and have them tell us no carts available at all. Not even push carts. Even though I prepaid online for them. No phone call. No email. We had to go home because one of our group had a recent knee injury and can’t walk excessively. When I asked for a refund they said they can’t help me and to call a phone number. The phone number then wasn’t even being answered at that time. Staff was completely unhelpful the entire time. Truly the most bizarre and awful experience I’ve had in 25 years. If you play ever play here just know there’s a chance there are no carts and you won’t be able to get your money back.

  Granted we played while the weather has been cool and wet, but the course was in country club condition. Staff is really nice as well

  Went to course for the 1st time. Golf shop employees were Awesome friendly and informative. Problems when Interacting with starter "ken kevin" or name is similar. I was early 20 min and walked up with clubs. Prepaid for round with cart. Starter was rude. Starter Jumped in cart and drove it away as I walked to practice green. When asked why he moved cart. He claimed others were being blocked from getting carts. Not true there were 2 lanes of carts available and no one was there. When I gave starter my name and t time asking if I was playing with anyone else. He yelled I don't know who you are. I then repeated my name and t time. Then he looked down at clip board and confirmed I would be with 2 others who were practices on putting green. This guy I hate to say gave off racist vibes bigtime at a public course. I am retired senior and did not appreciate the rudeness and lack of customer assistance by the starter. I will never return and I will share experience with others. Put starter on lawn cutting he will lose you customers!
