  I’ve played this course a number of times over the last couple of weeks, and it has quickly become one of my favorite courses in the area. The course is always in great condition, especially for being a public forest preserve course. The pace of play can be a little slower than I’m used to, but nothing outside of what you’d expect from a busy public course. The workers in the clubhouse are also great people who know how to joke around and make you feel welcome. One of my best experiences so far was with the starter, Tim, I believe his name was. My buddies and I showed up about 15 minutes early for our tee time, and since it was two of my friends’ first time playing the course, Tim took the time to talk with us and give us some great tips and pointers before the round. He especially helped us out with the infamous Hole 7, the short par 3 with a tricky pin position between the two bunkers. He immediately connected with us, joked around, and was extremely friendly. It was a small interaction, but it genuinely added to our experience that day. I hope to come back and see my favorite starter Tim again! Great guy and a great representative of the course. He’s actually the reason I decided to leave this review in the first place!

  I went to golf with some of my friends, we walked up and were told we had to wait an hour but Tim at Indian Boundary was able to get us on after 15 mins. Tim was a great guy, very helpful, I will definitely be coming back.

  Lost my hybrid head cover and Tim a worker finds us on hole 9 returning it to us l,very respectful man.greens and fairway in great condition.

  Had a really good time playing Indian Boundary. The course was in very good shape and was really fun to play. Tim, the ranger, was awesome and super friendly. He was really helpful and made the whole experience even better. Definitely would come back and play here again.

  Indian Boundary is legit one of the best courses I’ve played in Chicago. The greens are in amazing shape, fairways are pristine, and it’s way more fun than some of the overrated places around here. Course is well-designed too—not crazy hard but keeps you engaged. Real talk though: Tim, the ranger, made the whole experience. He’s on it the entire round. Super chill but also makes sure everything runs smooth. He actually knows his stuff about the course and isn’t annoying about it. Just helpful when you need him, invisible when you don’t. That’s the mark of someone who actually does their job well. You can tell Tim cares. He’s not just collecting a paycheck. That matters more than people think. Facilities are solid, pricing is fair, and the whole vibe is just right. No complaints. Definitely going back.
