Normally I would be inclined to be nice, especially as the staff work long hours. As a driving range it does its job, but the customer service is genuinely some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Again, I understand no one wants to work in a pro shop till 11PM but those are the hours they signed up to work. Every staff member I’ve encountered just seems miserable to do the job they signed up for. It’s almost like it’s a chore for them to ring you up. If it wasn’t for the fact that it’s the only place in the city to hit balls I would avoid it like the plague. I would show more respect to the people who go there as without us it would be bulldozed and turned into another high rise apartment.

Nobody ever picks up the phone in the golf shop and many times it will ring and then just hang up on me, as it did today on Labor Day when I was just calling to see if the range was open today. A simple message on holidays if you’re open or updating your website would suffice if you’re just too busy to pick up your phone.

This range rules but today for the first time I encountered a really bad guy working there - at 10:50 he came up to the second tier and angrily shouted "Hurry up! Let's go!" - If he had come up and let us know he wanted to close early we would have happily hit our last balls and left. As we were leaving I told him he was rude he said he didn't care and that "he'd been there since 2:30" LOLOL what? so you worked a normal 8 hour shift basically and you're crying? He was a very scary bad guy in a Penguins cap

Unfortunately it’s mandatory at this mini course to have a caddie. Greens could use some repair. Will be back to train for the tour soon.
