  Terrible experience. Just came with friends to play last Saturday. Ordered some beers and food. Bartender said u cant have more beer then company policy says. I was what u are talking about? Manager was like-its up to bartender to decide how many drinks u will have. And I even didnt get any drinks yet( A/c wasnt working. Till the end of 3rd game i was all wet. From all free possible lanes they will put everyone next to each other. Not sure why they do like that. No socks available. I was very upset and angry till the end of the game. Instead beer glasses were dirty, coaches make sounds when u sit, all employees just walking around and dont do anything. So guy better take care of that. Very very very upset!!!

  We came here with a big group of about 13 or 14 people for my Mom's birthday, The manager D'mitry was amazing he went above and beyond to make sure we all were taken care of he even provided us with a deal/promo early that didnt start until half an hour after we arrived. He knew how to make us feel welcomed and that we chose the right place to celebrate an occasion. The atmosphere was great the food was fantastic all came out quick and we had no complaints. He even threw in a game card for my little nephew that was with us so he wouldn't feel left out with all the grown ups bowling. That type of customer service is what this world is missing. We definitely will be back to this specific location in Buffalo Grove for more celebrations just because of the great service D'mitry provided for us.

  They only sell the beer tower to groups of three. If there are just two of you, there is absolutely no way to get it. The rules are incredibly stupid. The manager couldn't help us at all. Also, don't forget to bring socks, because Lucky Strike doesn't have any. It used to be a pleasant place to visit back when it was Bowlero, but now I have no desire to come back.

  Great summer deals! Staff were attentive and friendly. Facility is huge and was very clean and well maintained. Kids loved it! Would come back again!

  I went there to play a few games of pool with my daughter. I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the tables. The ball return was broken. We had to fish around for them as they were getting stuck and not going to the ball return. The felt was ripped in places on all 3 tables. There were scratches and indents everywhere on the felt. Dimpled. There was food crumbs all over the top, mostly around the edges. The pool sticks they gave us, one was slightly warped. The other pool stick tip was down to the plastic nub. You couldn't even chalk it. I don't think they had the air conditioning on in that room either. It was very hot and humid. I will not be coming here to play pool ever again. Also, I called ahead about the price. The person told me $12/hr. It was actually $15/hr. Very disappointed.
