- JKJooHyun Kim1 day ago1.0One employee has completely ruined my season pass experience and made me regret purchasing it. 1. When he made a mistake while adding arcade credits to my card, he simply told me that he couldn't control the situation and that I should speak with a manager instead of taking responsibility or trying to help resolve the issue. 2. On another occasion, my kids held the entrance door open for him as he approached. He walked right through without saying a single word, almost like a silent model walking down a runway. Of course, no law requires someone to say "thank you," but my children—who barely reached his knees. This location requires customers to pass through two separate doors before entering. There is absolutely no way he could have missed seeing us. 3. Finally, when we asked if bowling shoes were required, he rolled his eyes and let out a deep sigh before answering. he made us feel as though we were bothering him just by asking. No customer should be treated that way for asking a simple question. Now, before we even enter the bowling alley, my children ask whether this employee is working that day because they are worried about seeing him again. At this point, I honestly don't know what the money I spent on my season pass was for. Instead of creating happy summer memories with my family, it has become a source of stress because of one employee. Most importantly, it is extremely frustrating and upsetting to know that I have to continue dealing with this uncomfortable situation until September. Before customers purchase a season pass, please consider that situations like this can completely affect a customer's entire experience.

They didn’t go up all the way — only the first few feet at the beginning of the lane worked. When we went up and asked if something could be done, they simply said, “Yes, we know they don’t work, and there’s nothing we can do about it.” Meanwhile, there were other lanes available. On top of that, we had to wait a very long time for our order, and our table had not even been wiped down after the previous guests. The kids’ mood was ruined. Thank you for ruining our celebration. If you know the bumpers are not working, please warn customers right away instead of ruining a special day for children.
