- SSSimonMay 22, 20264.0After several annoyances, frustrations, and not so great experiences with getting the wrong, older version of a newer item I put on hold, and experiencing the new one being ordered and then cancelled, among a variety of other things... I can say, the employees I directly interacted with were kind, helpful, and determined to make my issue right. They went above and beyond to ensure I was not only taken care of but also made comfortable the whole time. I will say though, there are some observations I made between other cashiers and their customers that left a less than desirable impression on me. Don't push sales on a customer that repeatedly says no. And when they say no numerous times, additional cashiers should not piggy-back on the other cashier to doubly push the customer to buy something they do not want. It's in poor taste. And saying over and over that, "We love to sell sell sell" doesn't help the situation. Cashiers could be better trained on returns/exchanges, etc. The few trips I had to make to the store allowed me to observe cashiers having absolutely no clue on how to resolve basic issues, such as returns/exchanges pertaining to color/size/brand. Overall, I had a great experience and would return due to my personal experience of having my issues resolved but would love to see better training.
