  Always have had great experiences here. Quality products and easy returns/exchanges if needed. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially in the footwear department. The staff were also very nice to my toddler when she came shopping with me.

  Driving through town on my way to a cycling trip, I realized I forgot my cycling sleeves and stopped to buy some. I also decided to replace my cleats once there. Even though there were not any in stock, the bike shop manager Ian identified that they did have pedals that included my cleats and they weren't that much more expensive. He also mentioned that if I had a 2nd bike I could use the pedals for that which I certainly will! He also worked diligently to remove my warped cleats to make sure I could install the new ones before my ride. Thank you, Ian!

  Bought an expensive GORE-TEX REI branded jacket. The GORE-TEX taping came apart. The web site says you can WARRANTY it anytime. The people working said it is considered a RETURN. This is not a RETURN, this is a WARRANTY. The worker said there is a 1 year WARRANTY while the site says completely differently. The worker was not understanding the difference between RETURN and a WARRANTY claim. Disappointed with the jacket and customer service. Will go to scheels for all of my outerwear needs. They stand by their products instead of offering to buy it back from you for less than half of what you paid. Canceling my membership here. Beware of loose language on the website that tricks you into buying cheaply made white label products.
