- VSVictoria Singletary5 days ago1.0Had my son's birthday party there 2 or 3 years ago and it was EXCELLENT from start to finish. Service and food were above and beyond. The lady working and attending to us was fabulous. So much so that I wanted to give her a big fat tip but she said it wasn't allowed. Which was sad because she deserved it!!! Just had another birthday party for my son again because everyone enjoyed it so much last time. We unfortunately did not have the same experience as last time. Had to ask for items to be refilled and they then questioned me about how many people still needed to eat? (it's supposed to be bottomless chicken strips and pizza) we had 3 kids come in late and they wanted chicken. Lack of customer service skills were apparent. Not very friendly. Our alloted time was 3pm-5pm. The staff wasted no time in sending over the cleaning crew at 5pm sharp and we were waiting with my sister until her husband got there to pick her up but they all just kept staring at us. It was like they wanted to close that section of the bowling alley off and couldnt wait for us to leave. They were not busy by any means. The whole experience and vibe was off putting. For $650 bucks, I expected waaaaayyyy more. The young man in the prize shop was awesome though!! Very friendly and patient with the kiddos as they decided on what they wanted to spent their tickets on (they take forever 🤣) Keep up the good work!! You outshine everyone else there!
