We had to interrupt 30 minutes of our bowling to get an order in. It was not at all busy. The food took a while. The food was horrible. The cost for food and bowling for 3 was 100.00.

She was working so hard to help everyone and was killing it while two managers stood there and watched, they should be ashamed. We all found it disgusting. You are so lazy you can't see people waiting!! This isn't the first time we've seen this. Employees are rude and unhelpful. The bathroom has no soap, I hope employees are washing their hands somewhere. What has happened to this place! Instead of managers standing doing nothing maybe cleaning will keep you busy!

This is an ongoing review, as we have purchased the summer bowling program that allows 2 games per day. It is often under staffed but even when they have several people working no one knows what they are doing or has any sense of urgency or customer service experience/training. Food comes out wrong, with no offer to fix, just a well I put a note into the kitchen. Getting % off purchases (included in summer program) just seems to be so difficult to achieve easily even when presenting the card at time of order and when payment is being processed. Waiting at the counter to bowl or order food/beverage is a chore. We go planning on not ordering anything so we don't get disappointed or to just not give this place anymore of our money. The rubber trim between the lane and seating area is coming up on several lanes. I trip on it at least once a week.
