This is official the worst casinos/hotels I've ever been to (and I've been to a few considering I'm a truck driver). They do have a truck parking, that's one positive thing. I came there around noon and was told to wait until 4pm for my room or I could pay a 30 early check in fee and I did...but I still had to wait about an hour and a half....in that time, while I was walking around the parking lot, waiting for my room, I got approached by security and they asked for my ID (even tho I am not obligated to give them my ID, I did) and also informed them I am a guest of the hotel and I am just waiting for my room. The security tried to take a picture of my ID, that I refused but I did give him my full name and last name and the reservation number. After that they asked me for my date of birth, I told them my age but not my date of birth....I was expecting a next question to be my social security number. I felt really unwelcomed here before even getting a chance to get to my room. After that I went down to a restaurant called 38 club or something like that, tried to ask a table for one and they told me ,,I am sorry, you are not a ViP". This is all happening in the first 3 hours of my stay in this hotel. I booked 2 nights, I am most definitely canceling the second night and never returning to this place!
i did enjoy my stay. However the internet did not work in my room. i called the front desk and she said there are dead spots in the hotel. that was very inconvenient for me. Also I forgot to say I am handicapped and I need to remember to ask for a walk in shower. I found it very difficult to climb into the tub and get out to take my shower. Thanks for listening.

The experience at this property was incredibly disappointing and fell far short of the expectations for a high-end resort and gaming destination. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with visible dust on the furniture and a bathroom that clearly hadn't been thoroughly attended to, which made the stay feel uncomfortable from the start. To make matters worse, the staff at the front desk seemed indifferent to these concerns and offered no meaningful solution or apology for the lack of maintenance. The common areas and the gaming floor were poorly ventilated and felt overcrowded, creating an environment that was more stressful than entertaining. Service throughout the facility was slow and lacked the professional touch one would expect at this price point, making the entire visit feel like a poor value for the cost. It was a frustrating stay defined by a lack of attention to detail and a general sense of neglect across the property.

check in was not what I expected from this hotel.
I arrived at 340. and I am a platinium member from choice hotels. and they told me that the room was available but if i checked int they would charge me 20.$ to do so. I said why, its only 20 minutes. and she said well thats the way it is for checking in early. I said thats crazy and told here i would wait 20 minutes. I have never had to do that at any choice hotel, which I will let know about this. I was very disappointed.
My only complaint is Riley at the cage. We go there every couple of months and every time we're there, she's borderline bored, angry, and just not personable all at the same time. Every other cashier says, "Good luck" and things like that. The last time I was there I asked, "Hey, how's it going?" enthusiastically. Her reply was, "it's goin'" and she said it like she would rather watch paint dry than be at work. So she just stared at me and I said, "I'd like to do an e-check for $1,000. She didn't say anything throughout the entire transaction. After I got the cash I walked away. She said snarkily, "You're welcome." I'm sorry, but if you were my employee, you wouldn't have a job. I know the casino industry essentially needs warm bodies, but boy, do they sure have one here. Any other time the staff (been going there for 30 years) is always super nice and helpful. Not to sound entitled, but she should be telling ME thank you. I know the bartender that's been there for almost all of those 30 years...Pan downstairs is awesome...the beer cart guy--phenomenal. The people that pay out jackpots--all excellent. They always say, "Nice hit," etc. and you can tell are truly enthusiastic. Was just there this weekend and everyone was great--including me--because I didn't have Riley help me! 🤣 Otherwise, it's really a nice place. Good food, good dealers, all good.
