  Play a lot of poker and blackjack anywhere in this country as a truck driver. I brought $2000 to play, bought in for $1000 on a blackjack table with a max bet of $1,000. Within an hour I was bouncing between 5-800 profit before it was wiped away multiple times. After betting more aggressively on another buy in, they come out of nowhere and trespass me from the property citing their “right to refuse service”. Refused to give a reason, and was forced to leave DOWN $350. If I would’ve lost the $800 hand that got some of my first buy in back it would’ve been perfectly fine right?? EAT DICC

  The hotel and casino staff were outstanding. Friendly would be an understatement on how they treated us and how we saw them Interacting with everyone. Our room was nice and the shower was great. We appreciated that we could actually hear the announcements while we were in the casino even though we didn’t get our names called. The member lounge was fantastic and it was a great place to relax and chat with other players. Can’t wait to visit the Omaha area again!

  After many years of parking my RV here and spending money on gambling and food, this time I followed the signs where it says RVs and camping and parked at 7:00 p.m. At 11:00 p.m. a security guy came around and said we could not stay there unless you go inside and ask and get a permit. Went inside and they said NO. Rude awakening and rude people.

  Room was nice but sink kept backing up. Bottom of tub/shower very slippery. Had asked for walk in shower because my husband has hip problem and easier for him. Told we could not get one because we booked thru third party. Person at front desk not very helpful with directions or helping us get an Uber. Got charged an extra $20 for early check in when room was available to get in. Picked this hotel because they had a shuttle to the airport but then told they don’t do that anymore. Would not stay here again.

  My stay at Ameristar Hotel was an excellent experience from beginning to end. The hotel rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The beds were soft and relaxing, and the room was exceptionally clean with nice décor that gave it a luxury feel. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts of the hotel is its location. Ameristar is conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment, and attractions, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area without traveling far. The atmosphere around the property feels lively while still being relaxing and enjoyable. The customer service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and quick during check-in and check-out. Employees across the property were friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer questions or assist guests with anything they needed. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Hallways, common areas, and the casino floor were all kept neat and organized, creating a comfortable and upscale environment. Overall, Ameristar Hotel delivered a high-quality experience with comfortable rooms, a great location, excellent customer service, and a clean atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable hotel stay.
