  Very disappointed we put my son to rest and decided to go to the casino to are minds of of it me and 13 family members sat down on some poker table just learning had a good time with first dealer got a Hispanic women dealer switch mind it’s just 4 of us family sitting at the table they new how to play there teaching me I accidentally put a chip on bet and I guess it was wrong thing to do I apologize then she scream floor guy comes over she says something to him he said no big deal she starts yelling well I can’t watch him and she kicks me off the table mind u just learning so if your trying to learn do not go there very rude dealer not all but just her stay away from the Hispanic young curly hair but my family will never step foot again so words said very poor dealers.

  If you are missing 2008, this is just the antiquated property for you!!! Smoke filled, dated, and knowledge-less front desk staff await you!!! I thought for sure I was about to have a blast and then the let downs began!

  Two times on two separate nights they moved chips on the roulette board when we told them where it was, and they refused to view the cameras. My husband and I have been Penn members for years with military accolades. This wasn’t our win but someone at the table and we ALL tried to explain where the chip was but the “boss” who wasn’t even looking said he saw it and it wasn’t where we said…the entire table. This was the same man two separate nights. White, bald headed, prolly 40-50. I’m not a confrontational person at all but this man had a serious attitude issue.

  The smell of cigarettes is extremely strong, a person with asthma or bad allergies won’t be able to stay longer here because of that! They should have an area for smokes and another nonsmoking! The view from outside the casino is nice! And maybe good machines too I am not a huge gambler!

  Nice place to gather with friends or family. Large selection of restaurants with great food. Great games at the casino including slots and table games. Friendly staff. Hotel was nice and accommodating. Love the layout and atmosphere of front lobby,.
