  called with a couple questions. tried to be very nice and polite but the person I was talking to seemed to have a problem answering simple questions..maybe he just has special needs

  We bought 2 new bikes at this store 12 months ago. We brought them in for a "free" tune up but the bill was $140+. The clear plastic "dork disc" (or a "pie plate") broke within a few months for no reason but they refused to replace it under the warranty. Then they claim the chains were worn and stretched so they had to replace them and charged us dearly for it. I ride this bike occasionally on weekends and I weight 100 pounds. We always ride on paved roads and in dry weather. Bikes are kept in the garage. I keep the chains immaculately clean and properly lubricated throughout the year. In the 12 months that I own the bike, I was only in the country for 9 months. I estimate my total mileage at about 500 miles. Based on the distance that we normally ride, even if we rode every weekend, the total mileage cannot exceed 700 miles. I am sure my chain did not need to be replaced. These people at the store are nice to talk to but they are notorious ( now that I have read other reviews) in overcharging or inventing bogus charges. Otherwise they are telling me they sold me 2 bikes with defective or sub-quality chains and pie disc. I intend to file a formal complaint to the corporate office.   AWESOME EXPERIENCE! I couldn't be more satisfied with my treatment at this Savannah Trek store! Both Jon and Rob have been nothing but perfect examples of how a customer should be treated. Jon sold me the bike and showed me some options I wasnt aware of. He fit me for size and the sale went thru smooth as silk! He texted me, literally, the day it showed up and was ready for pick up! Very happy.. I couldn't be more happy with this store. These two guys deserve some sort of award for holding my hand through this. +1

  Rob was amazing, helpful, and so kind! I came in on a busy Saturday when my bike was not shifting correctly and he had it ready the next business day! I can’t thank you guys enough for helping me! I will be back, and would recommend this store. They are really welcoming!

  TREK Savannah a long time business & offers excellent service and showroom. John assisted my family with choosing the perfect bike without any pressure. Not only pristine operation, they have other business locations in the lowcountry Charleston area to pull from inventory if required. Perfect fit cycle!
