Degnan put my swing on camera and immediately helped me identify things I was doing wrong — all of which felt absolutely correct in my head. The tech doesn’t lie. It just helps call out areas of improvement. A few sessions later, I’m hitting it farther, straighter, and with significantly fewer apologies to strangers. If you’re ready to stop guessing and start compressing the ball better, Golftec is the move!

Great facilities and technology that comes with it! Worth every penny!
- JAjohn aMay 21, 20241.0It did not work for me. May have just been the instructor. Very expensive lessons and it added ten strokes to my score average. The recording system is very advanced and interesting. Keeping your weight forward for the entire swing and both arms straight never delivered a repeatable ball strike. Found a new instructor (not at golftec) with the traditional weigh transfer swing /bending back elbow and getting my score back down to where it use to be.

Why do I need a Swing Evaluation
The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.

Our TECFIT club fitting system provides a precision, agnostic fitting experience. All GOLFTEC Certified Fitters use our advanced launch monitor technology to measure your unique launch conditions. While most other fitters stop there, we utilize our proprietary equipment database of thousands of club/shaft combinations to identify the perfect club configuration to optimize performance based on your swing.
