  This is a wonderful gym with really great people that care to see you grow! I’ve been going for about two months now, and it’s been so helpful for my physical and emotional well being. The group classes are very well organized and the instructors have great time management skills. The class sizes are 16 or less which allows for people to develop close relationships with instructors. This intimacy allows for people to feel cared for in their fitness journey, whatever that may be. Not only are the instructors knowledgeable and kind, but the people who you take classes with are incredibly personable and ALWAYS willing to help! Additionally, in the two months I’ve been going I’ve already seen change in my endurance and strength. I take classes about 3x a week and my body is able to do MUCH more. It’s a great gym with great people and great workouts! Definitely would recommend!!

  The women's self-defense class was definitely worth it! I learned new tips and techniques that I will use if I'm in a situation where I need to defend myself. The course also showed me areas that I need to work on. I hope I never have to use the movements I learned; however, I know I can if I have to! This is a "must take" class for young girls and women of all ages. Thanks Omni Fight Club!

  Great awareness self-defense class today! The instructor incorporated interactive teaching with important information to defend and handle different situations to defend or walk away safely. Loved the professional and friendly staff at Omni Club and helping me to be prepared for my safety.

  I absolutely lived the self defense class at Omni Fight Club. The foundation that was taught has given me a little more confidence that I can stand a chance against a potentially bad situation. The gym itself was immaculate. Plenty of equipment for everyone.

  Wow! I am so lucky to have this close to my home to get to, but others are making 15-20 minute drives to make it because it’s that GOOD! I’m genuinely excited about going here to get a sweaty work out in that is rewarding and high ROI to make it worth the hour! First time I’ve done circuit training and after being walked through the circuit I seriously considered leaving 😆 but I was paired with a helpful classmate and had the trainer constantly looping to check on us and it made the class very doable and a rewarding challenge! As a mom of two young boys, I am feeling strong and excited to help model a fit healthy lifestyle and keep up with my own health goals!
