We’re a Gracie Jiu Jitsu academy located in Milton, GA – only a half hour north of Atlanta. Our academy teaches self-defense and sport Jiu Jitsu to practitioners of all ages and abilities in our family based atmosphere. Our head instructor, Professor Jamie Williams, has created a fun, safe, collaborative and social environment that welcomes everyone interested in training.
J3 is a member of The Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association (PSBJJA) - one of the oldest, largest, and most respected associations in the world today and is partnered with Gracie University. We are proud to be one of the few certified academies for the Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council. J3 is also member of the BJJ Globetrotters community.

I dropped him off here and I came to pick him up a few minutes before the class was done. I walk in and I am greeted by the sweetest people ever. They immediately acknowledged that I sort of knew what I was doing while being 100% lost. They pulled out toys for my toddler to play while we waited for my husband to be rolling around the floor!

BJJ is huge for me so finding a good school with the right vibe is integral for me. Let me help you out, look no further, this is the place. Professor Jamie and Erica were super hospitable and welcoming. They treated me as if I had been training here for years. The facilities are super clean and aesthetic and the instruction was suitable for the new person starting out and tailored for the grappler who has been around the block a little longer. I went to several places in the area and none of them treated me the way these guys did. If I end up moving to this area I will 100% join this school.

- KRKenny RoquesMay 21, 20265.0The search is over. I travel for work, and I have tried five different jujitsu gyms in atlanta. At home in new orleans, we have a variety of different locations for my gym I go to and I been looking for the right spot here in Milton. Here why this is my favorite spot. Location, it's two miles away from the hotel I stay at. The gym has four thousand square feet of matt space, which is ridiculously great. Coaching, Jamie is that guy. He is a real one. Very knowledgeable. He runs a great academy. He shows the movement after warming up drilling the movement. We spent about forty five minutes working through different details. At the end of class, we took probably ten minutes for each person to talk about what they learned. This is crazy good. If you roll hard and don't file it in your memory bank. You don't learn. Everyone took the extra time to talk and listen to each other. Community, you only get as good as the people you roll with. This group of guys put off a great vibe very competitive roles. No ego. The class I went to had thirty to forty people in it. Everyone working together to get better. I highly recommend learning from Jamie. I plan on making this my regular spot in Atlanta. When i'm in town.
