  Asked 3 employees huddled up together where the dressing room is. All 3 just pointed without saying anything. After I apologized for interrupting their break someone showed me. Cashier says "wow" when I mentioned i was making an exchange. I will never return here again.

  Possibly the worst retail shopping experience ever at Kennesaw, GA. On July 4th. We were targeted with extremely poor customer service for showing our patriotism red white and blue attire.

  The customer service was the worst i have witnessed. No welcoming and asked 3 employees where the dressing was and they pointed.Apparently is was going out of their way. The guy checking out made us feel so bad about a shirt that day did not fit for my husband and wanted an exchange. They honestly had the worst service, I will never go back.

  The place is very clean and organized. But They don't have fishing gear or fishing kayaks like other REI locations.

  I was just in the store to exchange a pair of shoes after the side stitching had blown out after only a couple months as per the 365day policy when a coop member. JEANIE who was nearby the cashier assisting was extremely rude and condescending about the whole thing. “Eveb when worn doesn’t mean worn out” I get that but these shoes still had 85-90% tread and clearly a stitching failure. I try to explain what I was told and what the REI website says about the policy and I get “as a representative of REI that’s not true” followed by a “don’t believe everything you read” as well as a “maybe these shoes just aren’t for you”. I have never had someone who I assume is some sort of leadership be so rude and condescending and honestly do nothing but escalate an already frustrating situation.
