- ACAndrea CollinsSep 12, 20261.0This was the worst experience I've ever experienced. We had to keep calling for someone to rest our lanes after every few players. The set up with lanes and tables are off. Definitely needs an upgrade. The music was played on low. If your looking for a fun vibe, I dont recommend. If just looking to spend money ok. Arcade games only a few work.
- AJAndra JacksonSep 6, 20265.0Joe Atkins is amazing! He is very professional, kind and gave us a great experience. I’m joining a league because of him! Will be back for years to come!!
- MRMichele RobertsSep 6, 20261.0I give them 1 star because I had to give at least that 1 star so I could post this but I really give them 0 stars. When we first got there we stood at the desk for a good 20 minutes. Somebody else walked up and they waited on them first after we'd been there. The place was dirty, glasses still sitting around from the night before, the floors looked awful, restrooms were disgusting, the workers must be allowed to wear whatever they want to wear, the handle on the main entrance door was broken and just hanging there, the outside of the building needs to be cleaned, paper was everywhere , the grass needs to be cut. Everything about this place was horrible. I can't say anything good about our visit there. I went with my day and grandkids to have a day of fun, we did have a good time and that's the one and only thing that was pleasant. The workers had a very nasty attitude every time we needed something, they never once give any eye contact, the girl at the snack bar never even turned around to look at us she kept her back to us the entire time. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a place that's supposed to be family fun. I'll never step foot back into AMF American Lanes ever again. I feel like we should be refunded our money for the despicable service we received. I don't recommend this place to anyone. We spent around $200 or a little more there today to get the awful service we got. Never ever again. I can't say enough bad things about this place. Fair warning...... Don't go to AMF in Conyers, it'll be a nightmare!!!!
- JDjames deshazorAug 31, 20264.0Bathroom was not clean good, air conditioning was not working very well one half was much hotter than the other half. Normally air conditioning works well in the past. Please get it repaired quickly. People's are always very pleasant and helpful. But please get the A/C repaired
- NBNoah BurnettAug 26, 20261.0This place is the worst bowling alley I have ever been to. I have been there several times and each time they have had to switch us to multiple lanes due to mechanical problems. The staff is not very inviting to say the least. Everything takes so long and it seems very unorganized. I’m a veteran and I bowl on the weekends because I work during the week was told they don’t give military discounts on the weekends. Horrible place won’t get the satisfaction of getting another dime of my hard earned money. I hope they close down soon. Miserable experience.
