Please get it repaired quickly. People's are always very pleasant and helpful. But please get the A/C repaired

I have been there several times and each time they have had to switch us to multiple lanes due to mechanical problems. The staff is not very inviting to say the least. Everything takes so long and it seems very unorganized. I’m a veteran and I bowl on the weekends because I work during the week was told they don’t give military discounts on the weekends. Horrible place won’t get the satisfaction of getting another dime of my hard earned money. I hope they close down soon. Miserable experience.

They were not finished oiling lanes, delayed start. Lane 5 and 6 broke down first game. One plus is the bathrooms are clean tonight. PLEASE FIX THE AC!!!!
- JPJ PrimousAug 9, 20262.0We were assigned lane #11& started bowling 1 round. the Pin were stuck for 5mins so my son asked for help. we waiting 10mins and after telling a server, I had to ask someone else to fix the lane. Our neighbors at lane #12 had to do the same (thy ended up leaving in frustration). The pins were stuck AGAIN we waited- I went back for help. While waiting I order a Pepsi. When she ran me up she help my receipt and jokingly says "I need a $300 tip for that" we both laughed and I responded for "ME COMING TO YOU FOR A DRINK?!" She THEN laughs and says, "but I really depend on tips and we would appreciate if you tipped" I informed we have others coming and plan on staying to order food - I don't mind tipping so I tipped her $5. That's $10 for a Pepsi I had to come get myself. (not he point). I went back the lane was stuck AGAIN. So I went BACK I asked her if we can switch lanes. #10 lights were off she said that lane wasn't available and she could only switch up to lane #12 which had issues as well. Another worker walked up and he stated #11 & #12 "always has problems". So, a point we couldn't be informed of when we got there? a simple "I will assign you lane 11 but we're having some delays" (or something like that) I would've understood. So I asked how will we be compensated for not being able to play for 30mins now? He offered me a FREE DRINK - "I JUST PAID $10 FOR A DRINK" I don't need another - refills are included. He said he asked where we were seated and walked off. After YET ANOTHER LANE BREAK DOWN and 20min wait I went back to the desk and this time a female introduced herself as the manager. She said she didn't know (clearly no one called for her help). With irritation she asked "well what do you want on the menu? I don't have the menu memorized, it's my FIRST TIME HERE- I just want a solution to your broken lane and having to sit and watch other families play! The young man came back with a NASTY SASSY ATTITUDE and told me "IF YOU CAN WAIT FIVE MINUTES I CAN BEING YOU SOMETHING FOR YOUR $10" IF THAT was said the FIRST INTERACTION - I wouldn't have asked for a follow up. Both the female manger and other worker rolled their eyes , OBVIOUSLY FRUSTRATED that I couldn't just be satisfied with the broken lanes so Before an argument started I asked for a refund. The manager TOLD me she will NOT give me a full refund because we were there for over an hour. WE DIDNT PLAY FOR AN HOUR! After back and forth she says she'll refund me and my some and I left. THAT WASNT THE END. While driving my son noticed the receipt wasn't the full refund, she only gave us the money for 1 player so I drove back. The 2nd TIME THERE I am greeted by a male manager who had FAR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. It was MY BURDEN to explain EVERYTHING AGAIN while the female manager CONTINUOUSLY INTERRUPTED TO DEFEND HERSELF "THEY WERE AT THE LANE FOR 1HOUR & 10MINS" ... WE COULDNT PLAY THE ENTIRE TIME BECAUSE YOUR LANES ARE BROKEN EVEN AFTER BEING SWITCHED TO LANE #12. So he refunded me the remain of my money. They didn't know wasI planning to invite my community group here who hosts THOUSANDS of dollars for events with THAT SERVICE ABSOLUTELY NOT! The male manager apologized and said they'll work on it. BUT WHEN A MANAGER IS COMFORTABLE WITH A WORKER BEING RUDE AND LIED ABOUT THE REFUND THE FIRS TIME WHERE I HAD DRIVE BACK- I know it's the CULTURE OF THE BUSINESS. CUSTOMERS ARE INVESTORS. No, the customer is NOT always right YET, WHEN there is a problem DE-ESCALATION SHOULD BE the #1 GOAL. I didn't Yell, curse at them, or get hostile. I STOOD MY GROUND AND ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY Couldn't OFFER WHAT I PAID FOR - EVEN IF IT WAS $1?! and to THEM - THATS A PROBLEM. I'm no longer INVESTING MY MONEY INTO ANY BUSINESS WHO'S CULTURE IS "TIP US FOR NO SERVICE, PAY FOR WHATEVER WE GIVE YOU & DONT COME ASKING FOR US TO DO BETTER OR YOU'LL GET DISRESPECTED" ITS A SHAME. The photo are their backs turned when the female manger was processing the FIRST REFUND they decided to make me wait while they discussed and helped someone else. 🤦🏽‍♀️
