- MWMyzya Wheward5 days ago5.0The Bowling alley itself was nice, clean & inviting, however the hospitality, professionalism, attitude, and customer service of the cashier / desk clerk was pure GARBAGE! Yes, "Emma B." You are awarded 1st place for the total disrespect to all VETERANS, DISABLED VETERANS, P.O.W's, M.IA.'s, and to their spouse's, dependents and families! Among many things that I can say that went wrong, from initial contact with Ms.Emma B., the "Straw that broke the camels' back", was when Ms.Emma suggested to us, that she didn't care to see verification of "military service". When asked if the establishment gives a military discount, Emma, replied, "I don't care if someone lies about their service to this country, I don't care to verify your identification".... She was serious, nonchalant, and adimit. Thats the equivalent to serving alcohol , cigarettes to someone who's underage. Why not check their identification? Thats the Law right? Why should someone who doesn't qualify, be given the privelage?This is what a veteran hears when someone replies "I dont care to see your identification, I don't care if you lie", A veteran hears, that the Sacrifice they've made to this country is gone unrecognized and fraud is exceptable. A veteran hears, that even though they fought in combat, was subjected to being hurt, disabled (mentally,physically), captured, or even went missing in action, that the privilege of recieving a benefit of their duty can be given to anyone who says they served, but in all actuality never served one minute. Thats because Ms.Emma B, has taken it upon herself to make her own rules and not properly identify importers. Thats being lazy, lack of effort, remis and unwilling to do her job properly. I don't think the Owner of this establishment would want to know that their employee are handing out discounts to customers who doesn't qualify for them. Not to mention, she did this on July 4th, 2026. That says alot about her and her actions. So just like everything else in America, here is another example of something be given, thats not earned. Ms.Emma shame on you! I did 24 plus years in the U.S.military. I'm a retired disabled veteran, and I was disappointed to know that the "ULTIMATE SACRIFICE" is being taken for granted. Thanks Emma B.
