  I recommend coming to this shop; the staff is very friendly. I came to get my electric bike fixed, and the staff who helped me were very kind—everyone in the shop is very friendly. Thank you very much, and God bless you ☺️.

  Must’ve been an off day, but I was looking at their bike parks after recently buying my wife a bike and trying to get new inner tubes and tires, but was there about 10 minutes and no one approached me or asked me anything in the employees were just laughing and not trying to help honestly so discouraging. This is why you go to your Local bike shop.

  I am leaving a 5-star review solely because of Carolyn (I hope I am spelling her name correctly). She was the only employee who greeted me and offered assistance, and that happened while I was checking out. While shopping, I noticed another associate on the sales floor, an older woman, make eye contact with me, walk past without acknowledging me, and then immediately offer help to another customer. That experience was disappointing. Carolyn, however, was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Her customer service made a lasting impression and completely changed my experience. Thank you, Carolyn. I will always remember your kindness and professionalism.

  Very bad experience with my first purchase itself. I bought Coop bike, and it has manufacturing defect, front wheel locker wont close and the part got crack when i try to close it gently. And its just one ride, they said they will charge and blamed me i might have borke it when riding. Never coming here again.
