Always the best service. I just dropped in to return a pair of trail running shoes that I purchased online. In and out in just a couple of minutes.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. I explained that I was going on a cruise to Alaska and they immediately helped with recommendations for the various options and clothing layers that would b best.

If you bought your bike from REI, their shop is a fine option for service. Just don't attempt repairs yourself first, since they may refuse to work on a bike that's been tampered with. That said, I wouldn't recommend bringing them a bike you purchased elsewhere. They kept mine for over two weeks. The only task was contacting Shimano with a single question. They never managed it, then told me they couldn't service the bike because it was missing a battery cover and two other plastic pieces. Three different technicians called me with three different answers. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. I still don't understand why sending a follow-up email to Shimano's warranty division was so difficult. I left disappointed, and it made me realize the other locations have been noticeably more dependable.
