  Brandon was incredibly helpful! He knew even more about my feet than my podiatrist was able to tell me. He told me that if I need a lot of cushioning and arch support that I would likely need custom shoe inserts but when he saw the inserts I was currently using he was able to recommend shoe inserts for me that would have more cushioning but also more support for high arches. He also was able to tell me the pain in my foot pad near my pinkie toe was a nerve cluster and recommended a ball for me to roll under my foot to help break it up, as well as a YouTube channel to help me learn more about shoes and my feet. Thank you so so much Brandon.

  My boyfriend and I came to REI to look at some shoes for our upcoming hiking trip. We are not super knowledgeable so coming here was a new experience. Jen helped us to look for shoes. She was kind, patient, and so knowledgeable about the product. We learned so much for our upcoming hikes, 10/10 experience.

  Bike service is not that great, I knew more about what I was looking for than the service tech. I try to support local business, but this is why amazon is taking over.

  Store was nice and most employees were kind. The thing that was off putting was the VERY pushy cashier Stephanie. We were asked about signing up for their membership repeatedly even though we were just visiting from out of the area. After the 4th time saying ‘No’ she was rude and didn’t say anything after we got our receipt. It seems like she has had this problem based on other reviews so I am shocked she is still employed here.
