- BABruce AtkinsonAug 1, 20265.0A great ship, and I will be going back. I stopped by the truck store for the first time with my wife’s bike in tow. The mechanic was able to assess it right away, tell me what it needed, and get my consent to check for any other issues. He identified that the chain was 75% through its life. He fixed the original issue and replaced the chain while I waited about 10 minutes. The service was great and the cost was very reasonable. While I was in the shop, two other staff members asked if they could help me. And one held the door open for me as I took my wife’s repaired bike out of the shop. In short, great service, reasonable prices, and very nice staff who are very willing to help. They are now my bike shop of choice.

Although the tech did all that they could Natalie went out of her way to find upgraded bike gear shifter that would be easy for my 11 year old to use. After calling multiple stores to find it she was able to get it installed at no charge. Now my son is thrilled to use his bike. Natalie is an exceptional employee! Five stars to Trek Bike Repair!
